1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "the T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and afktoto ("the Platform", "we", "usour"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at afktoto.cam.

By accessing any part of the afktoto website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside thePrivacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the afktoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other non-cash incentives issued by afktoto subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by afktoto prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise deemed necessary.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which account balances and transactions may be denominated where applicable.
• "Platform" means the afktoto website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services made available through afktoto.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bonus credit, or other financial operation processed through a User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any associated winings, become eligible for withdrawal.

3.Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the afktoto platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the life of the Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The afktoto platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. This age requirement reflects the standard applied by internationally licensed gaming operators and is enforced through KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law. It remains your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of afktoto or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services through any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by afktoto or any other body.
• You must not act on behalf of a third party or register an Account in any person's name other than your own.

4.Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. afktoto may reject any registration at its absolute discretion without being required to give reasons.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the afktoto platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether created under the same name, address, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. afktoto reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any associated Transactions or Bonus Funds.

4.3 KYC Verification

afktoto may require Users to complete KYC verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal request. Accepted identity documents include, without limitation, a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Additional documentation, such as proof of address or proof of payment method, may be requested at the Platform's discretion.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or termination of the Account and the witholding of funds pending investigation.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any third party. afktoto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the afktoto support team immediately.

5.Deposits & Payment Methods

afktoto accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian and international payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

• Minimum deposit amounts and applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• afktoto does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly following successful authorisation by the relevant payment processor. Processing times for specific methods, such as FPX or bank transfer, may vary and are not guaranteed.
• afktoto reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request additional verification before crediting funds, particularly where deposits originate from unusual sources or locations.

Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of confirmed receipt on the blockchain. afktoto is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations occurring between the time a User initiates a deposit and the time of confirmation.

6.Withdrawals & Processing

6.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, except where afktoto grants explicit written approval for alternative arrangements. This policy is maintained to safeguard against money laundering and fraudulent activity.

6.2 Processing Times

afktoto aims to process withdrawal requests within the timelines described in the platform's withdrawal guide. These include approximate timeframes for e-wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, as well as for DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer. All published timeframes are estimates. Actual processing may be affected by:

• Pending KYC verification requirements;
• Outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Security review flags or unusual Account activity;
• Technical maintenance periods of the relevant payment processor or bank;
• Public holidays in the relevant jurisdiction.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per method and are displayed in the Cashier section. afktoto reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits without prior notice. Users who have reached their VIP tier may benefit from enhanced daily or monthly withdrawal thresholds as described in the applicable VIP programme documentation.

6.4 Right to Withold

afktoto may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC, pending investigation of suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Any funds withheld during an active investigation will be held in accordance with the Platform's internal compliance procedures.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

afktoto may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, cashback awards, referal incentives, birthday credits, VIP rewards, or other promotional offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which shall apply in addition to this Agreement.

• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal eligibility is established. The applicable requirement is stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Funds and any winings derived therefrom may only be withdrawn once the full Wagering Requirement has been satisfied.
• afktoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability.
• Where a User is found to have abused a promotional offer — including through arbitrage, match play, or the creation of multiple Accounts — afktoto may void all associated Bonus Funds and winings and suspend the Account.
• Promotional offers are available to eligible Users only. afktoto reserves the right to determine eligibility and to exclude any User from any promotion at its discretion.

8.Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed through the afktoto platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as displayed within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.

• A wager placed, accepted, and confirmed by the Platform is binding. Users may not cancel a bet after it has been accepted unless the Platform explicitly permits bet cancellation for a particular market.
• The Platform may void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where event outcomes are affected by circumstances outside the Platform's control.
• All sporting results are determined by reference to official sources. afktoto's decision on disputed results shall be final and binding.
• afktoto uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for applicable digital casino games. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party audit providers.
• The Platform shall not be liable for any loss of winnings due to connection interruptions, device failures, or other technical issues on the User's end.

9.Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing, withdrawing, or transfering funds derived from criminal activity or in violation of any applicable law;
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a game or event;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game bugs, or pricing anomalies to obtain winings that would not otherwise be due;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or other financial abuse through payment processors;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling controls, including self-exclusion measures, through the creation of new Accounts or other means.

Any breach of this Section may result in the immediate suspension of the Account, forfeiture of all pending winnings and Bonus Funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

10.Suspension & Termination

afktoto may suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where the Platform reasonably believes that:

• A User has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• A User has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations so require.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure by contacting the afktoto support team. Where an Account is closed at the User's request, any remaining Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement) will be refunded to the User through the original payment method or an approved alternative, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any outstanding investigations.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, afktoto, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, loss of profits, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winings resulting from technical errors, network disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Actions or omissions of payment processing partners, banks, or e-wallet providers;
• Any inaccuracy, delay, or interruption in the provision of odds, live scores, or market data.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis and afktoto makes no warranty, express or implied, as to its fitness for any particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

12.Intellectual Property

All content on the afktoto platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, game assets, logo design, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to afktoto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of afktoto.

13.Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data in connection with the afktoto Platform is governed by the separatePrivacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that Policy.

Personal data may be processed for purposes including account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. afktoto takes the security of personal data seriously and maintains appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

14.Responsible Gambling

afktoto is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform's full responsible gambling provisions, including self-exclusion tools, deposit limit controls, session reminders, and support resources, are described in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that there is no system or strategy that guarantees a profit from gambling. You agree to use afktoto for entertainment purposes only and within a budget you can afford to lose.

15.Changes to Terms

afktoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, afktoto will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform interface or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

16.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to afktoto's operating jurisdiction under its international licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, you are encouraged to contact the afktoto support team in the first instance. afktoto aims to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to reach a fair resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process available under the Platform's operating licence.
